These are the only Pals in the game that drop High Quality Cloth, and the drop chance is always 100%. Even better, if you can capture one of these Pals you can assign it to your Ranch and it will periodically drop High Quality Cloth, much like how the aforementioned Pals drop Wool.

What To Do With High Quality Cloth In Palworld
High Quality Cloth is an essential component for crafting Refined Metal Armor and Pal Metal Armor, as well as their Cold Resistant and Heat Resistant variants. Refined Metal Armor unlocks at level 37 and also requiresRefined IngotsandLeatherto make. Meanwhile, Pal Metal Armor won’t be available until at least level 46 and needs to be crafted using Pal Metal and Leather in addition to High Quality Cloth.
