Looks like we’ll be getting anotherBetaround for the upcomingMonster Hunter: Worldaction-RPG. With Capcom just announcing a final Beta that’ll commence a week prior to the game’s full release, in addition to revealing details on its first post-launchDLC.

Monster Hunter: World- BETA Round 3!

The final beta round will once again, be a PlayStation 4 exclusive, and will begin on January 18th for North America and on the 19th for Europe and Japan, ending on the 21st and 22nd respectively. And as it was in theprevious Beta, a PS Plus membership will not be required. For specifics on the times, you may refer to the image below.

This time around, things will be mixed up a little with the inclusion of a fourthquest, which will have players face thelarge monster,Nergigante. In addition to the usual hunt quests of theGreat Jagras,Barroth, andAnjanaththat are found across two ofMonster Hunter: World’slocations: theAncient Forestand theWildspire Waste.

Furthermore, Capcom has affirmed its plans on supporting the game with post-launch updates, which will be free. And shared information on the first piece of DLC with the monster ‘Deviljho’ that’ll come sometime this spring. And you can check it out in action with the footage below.

The Deviljho is described as one that “must feed constantly and will devour anything in its path, even feeding on the largest of monsters with its massive jowls”.
