How to Manually Save in Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wildsdoes support manual saving, so players will be able to save almost anytime they want to. The game provides three load slots, which means players can start a new character without overwriting the previous one.

Players can manually save by going to theSystem tab in the pause menu and selecting the Save option. The Save option can also appear in the Recently Viewed tab of the pause menu but can disappear from the list if other settings are chosen.

The game will also prompt players to save their game when quitting. TheReturn to Title Screenand Quit Gameoptions in the System tab will ask players if they want to save before exiting the game. This is very handy on PC, where the Quit Game option will save your progress before closing the application.

However, players cannot manually save whenever they want. The manual save isonly available while there is no quest active. Players cannot save during a monster hunt or active main quest, so be sure to save after each quest completion just to be on the safe side.
