There are a total of 11 secrets to find in the Abyssal Forest level of the game. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Life Sigil #1
At the start of the level, hang a right and go up the hill when you reach a fork in the road. Continue along this path to find a ledge you can drop down onto, revealing another path wiht a Life Sigil at the end of it.
Upon entering the next encounter in the thick wooded area, head to the side of the cliff on the left and look over the ledge at the location on the map above.
Drop onto the lower area, then follow the path to the jump pad. Slay any enemies, then use the jump pad to reach the upper area with a Ruby in the center. An overheated lock to your right will reveal a way back to the main path of the level.
In the location on the map above, there is a thick set of wooden branches that can be smashed through, revealing a Codex and an enemy waiting inside.
Gold Chest #1
A secret area containing agold chestcan be found behind a wall of wooden vines at the bottom of a small cliff, which can be smashed with the Shield Charge.
Gold Chest #2
As you enter the next encounter, there will be a statue hanging from some scaffolding in the middle of the area. Break the overheated lock to break the floor beneath the statue, then follow the path until you reach the room containing the gold chest.
Secret Area #1
Go to therightside of the smallcastleand drop to the lowered area, then look into the hole in the castle wall and destroy the overheated lock. This will open up the back doors to the castle, which is a secret area containing gold bars.
Next to thestationary gunon top of the ramparts, turn left and jump across the series of crumblingbrick platforms, then climb the wall to access the secret area containing the next Ruby.
Near the destroyed gore portal, look for a ledge to drop from onto acliffsidepathway. Follow the path until you reach a temple with flame traps and fodder enemies inside, and make your way to the center.

The collectible is trapped in the center, and can be released by looking up into one of the gaps along the wall and destroying theoverheatedlock, which in turn will reveal ashield switchyou can use to open the container.
Life Sigil #3
Across from where the Gore Portal stood earlier, there will be a climbable crate with a climbing wall above it. Use them to get on to the wooden platform, then turn right and jump across to the climbing wall over the gap.
Look up and to your left to see the green Shield Jump point, and use it to reach the secret area containing aLife Sigilon the other end.
Secret Area #2
After blasting through the wall using the stationary gun, you’ll drop from a tall ledge into a lowered area. Turn around to find the small hovel full of gold bars.
Gold Chest #3
In the cave right after receiving the new weapon, look up to find theShield Jumppoint. Use it to access the upper pathway, then jump across the gap to continue and find the secret area containing thegold chest.
