Shard Cards greatly affect matches in FragPunk. Even if players activate Shard Cards that benefit both teams, there are still ways players can take advantage of the effects to win a round.

However, some Shard Cards are just flat-out game-changers for the team that gets it. So here are some of the best Shard Cards to score more wins in Standard and Ranked in FragPunk.

Best Shard Cards to Win More in Standard and Ranked in FragPunk

Bio-Warrior

The Bio-Warrior gives everyone a second chance, but only as a 50 HP zombie. While being a zombie doesn’t give you a decent chance of scoring another kill, players can act as scouts or even tank some bullets from the enemies. That makes this Shard Card better than almost any other card out there, landing it at the top of my pile.

Superfly gives players the ability to jump twice. While there are only a few places where you can get to “unreachable” spots without the double jump, it is mostly good for jumping over walls to peek and shoot.

Since jumping and shooting are very accurate in the game, double jumping to peek and shoot allows you to take enemies out unexpectedly. Most players don’t know this, and it sometimes makes it hard to get players to spend their Shard Points on Superfly.

Health Club

The Health Club Shard Card is simple. You get more HP so you can take more hits. This puts you out of the “one-shot” range, from all torso sniper shots and even a Bad Reputation headshot. Overall, it is a good card if no better Shard Cards are available.

Invest in the Future

Invest in the Future puts everyone in a good position next round to buy multiple Shard Cards or reroll some card slots a few times. For its worth, it’ll always give you more than you need, which is why it is an amazing Shard Card that always returns value.

If there are more helpful cards, you’re able to prioritize them first since Invest in the Future doesn’t give you any advantages. But, if you have excess Shard Points, getting the Invest in the Future is a no-brainer.

Return to Sender

Return to Sender is a double-edged sword, but it is always slightly better when it happens. It may seem like a defensive card, but it works both ways. Any shot to an enemy sends them back to the spawn point. If an enemy is out of position, doing damage and sending them back might help them more, but that’s the only downside of the card.

You’ll get to use it in most situations and it can be helpful for your team. Pushing a site and sending back enemies helps you plant the Converter and set up defense in a more advantageous manner.

Site Deletion

Site Deletion removes a random site and makes things more exciting, as all players are forced to fight at one site. However, players could also use the crossed-out or deleted site to flank from behind. The situation will always be a five-on-five directly at one site, which makes things extremely chaotic. However, it is also beneficial for defenders since a single site can get stacked.

Throw to Plant

Throw to Plant allows the player holding the Converter to let it self-plant in the site. This allows the attacking side to use the Converter as bait to lure out defenders still lurking on the site. Defenders would also get distracted by the Converter planting, which could lead to them aiming in the direction of the Converter because of the sound cue. It is a great Shard Card since it also only costs three Shard Points.
